Database will be Oracle 11g. This position will work closely with the scientific application technical lead to develop and deliver this capability and will enable you to work in some of the latest technologies and frameworks. *Qualifications:* Deep understanding of relational databases and data integration technologies Extensive experience with analyzing and designing data models for data warehousing applications Design and development of data marts including source data analysis, dimensional data modeling, etl development and reporting 8+ years experience in database development using Oracle 5+ years - experience with ETL development preferably with Informatica 2+ years - experience in report development preferably with Cognos Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required. Must possess the ability to work independently and as a key contributor in a distributed team environment Need to be strong in shell/Perl scripting Must be a self-starter with the ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative ideas BA/BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
