The QA lead must possess expert level skill across the lifecycle (functional, integration, load and regression) incorporating Requisite Pro, Mercury Quality Center tools and simulation tools. . The QA Lead must have expertise in transforming requirements to test cases with traceability to confirm functional coverage, tracking of bugs/errors, severity and proactively working with development engineers on root cause and resolution. . Must have experience creating and executing manual & automated test scripts in either a web 2.0, web UI, desktop client backend J2EE/SOA services environment. Knowledge of advanced/next generation voice and messaging technologies combined with testing of real-time server-side services is desired. . Candidate must have prior experience leading successful QA teams operating in an Agile setting delivering complex software-driven product solutions in the wireless, communications, internet and/or media/content, cloud services space(s).
