*Required  Skills:*

*- 5+ Years of DataStage development experience.*

*- Experience in Integrating DataStage with SAP R3/BW/IDOC/LSMW.*

*- Must have good understanding of Ralph Kimball’s Data Warehouse
methodology.*

*- Should have developed Slowly Changing Dimension jobs of type I, II and
III.*

*- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of developers.*

*- Knowledge of ETL development using InfoSphere / DataStage (v8.x
preferred) as the tool set.*

*- Knowledge of data warehousing architecture, including modeling needed to
support it.*

*- Thorough understanding of slowly changing dimensions and its realization.
*

*- Good understanding of database partitioning concepts and the use of
partitioning concepts in*

*DataStage.*

*- In-depth knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle with a strong
emphasis on the following:*

*Engagement, Analysis, Design,*

*Development and Deployment.*

*- Possess good coaching skills.*

*- Knowledge of network architectures and systems performance consideration.
*

*- Working level knowledge of software development, systems life cycle
methodologies; rapid*

*application development techniques preferred.*

*- Proven track record in workflow, application functionality enhancements.*

*- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to
express complex technical*

*concepts in business terms.*

*- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.*

*- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well on
cross-functional project teams and*

*foster team commitment to tasks.*
