Continuous Improvement SharePoint Analyst / Architect
*Role Description:*
This role would need a resource with deep expertise in MS SharePoint 2007
and MS SharePoint 2010 and will be responsible for all analyses, trouble
shooting, recommendations and documentation as it relates to identifying the
current issues with SharePoint, implementing quick wins, and documenting
path forward. This role also requires an individual to use methodologies,
processes and custom tools/scripts harvested from previous engagements of
this nature, to quickly determine approach and pinpoint pain points and
develop solution recommendations.

*Specialized Knowledge, Qualifications and Years of Experience:*
* *
Required:
• 7-10+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
• Deep subject matter expertise with Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010.
• Experience with large scale enterprise wide implementation of MS
SharePoint targeting 20K – 40K plus end users.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem determination, and
solution recommendation on large scale Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010
deployments.
• Experience with usage of custom methodologies and processes to
identify pain points and develop solution approaches.
• Experience with designing and implementing geographically dispersed
SharePoint farms for a global company.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with different teams, conduct
interviews to determine problem areas and translate outcome of
interviews/feedback sessions to clear and succinct problem definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple parallel deliverables.
• Provide thought leadership and recommend tactical and strategic
options.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Demonstrate effective organizational and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to take past learning and apply to new and
complex situations.
• Strong written and communication skills.
