REQUIREMENTS The Evidence Control Branch recently implemented a new system that is responsible for all new intake processing however, data from their previous system remains in the DB2 format inside of the AEGIS tables that reside on a AS/400 platform. This project is primarily to extract all of the data elements related to property intake from the DB2 tables into an ASCII pipe delimited file format. The delivery of the data should include the ability to consult with the technical resource assigned to the project in the event Client resources need clarity or have questions with the deliverable. The scope of the delivery is as follows: § Contractor shall allocate adequate support service resources for AS/400 Data Transfer to a Common File Format. § Contractor shall provide file dump of the existing AEGIS AS/400 files to a flat file § Contractor shall provide Upgrading of the Department's Aegis AS/400 software to Aegis MSP Windows platform. By upgrading to Windows software, the Department will benefit from full data conversion services which will include properly mapped data field between platforms.
