browser-based user interface design and development who meets the
qualifications identified below for a short term project to support the
Identity and Access Management team by creating a front end application that
will support a customized front-end for IBM Tivoli Identity Manager

Skills/Experience
Front-End GUI development using STRUTS 1.x, JAVA, J2EE and JavaScript
CSS & HTML development
Web Services development, preferably against an LDAP directory
User interface development experience for mid to high-scale Internet web
sites
Development in J2EE for WebSphere application server
Lifecycle methodologies experience, including design, analysis, development,
production deployments and support
Building front end GUI for IBM's Tivoli Identity Manager v4.x or 5.x, using
ITIM API
Preferences:
Years of Exp
Skills/Experience
Development experience in UNIX and Windows environments
Development experience with Adobe Flex, Ajax and/or JQuery
Ability to grasp and translate complex business rules in to executable Java,
J2EE code
Developing in mission critical, high availability, hosted application
environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
