Minimum Requirements:
Years of Exp
Skills/Experience
Experience in process or systems analysis and design work on ERP related
systems.
Experience developing functional specifications for large projects
Experience performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Experience documenting functional design
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0
Experience with Integration Broker messaging experience with HCM 9.0
Workers must have experience with one or more of the following six modules:
Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)
Candidate Gateway (CG)
Human Resources (HR)
Absence Management (ABS)
Manager and Employee Self Service (SS)
Workers with experience with the Manager and Employee Self Service(SS)
module must also have the following:
Experience with design and deployment of section 508 compliant requirements
desired
Experience with PeopleSoft Portal
Preferences:

Skills/Experience
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
Experience with Integration Broker messaging experience with HCM 9.1
Knowledge of multiple system types (client/server, web, mainframe) including
the limitations and capabilities of each
Public Sector experience
Experience with workflow and Approval WF Framework knowledge
