Experienced SharePoint Developer needed
Client is in need of a SharePoint Developer to support the design,
development, deployment and administration of SharePoint Development for our
external clients. The candidate will be responsible for becoming an integral
part of the Client SharePoint team and work well under pressure. This
person must show exceptional troubleshooting skills, be a motivated
self-starter and have a STRONG willingness to learn new concepts both with
guidance and without.
Candidate must have experience with custom development as it relates to all
aspects of SharePoint (ECM, web parts, event handlers, workflows, etc.).
Candidate will lead analysis and development of business requirements and be
key participant in building consensus for web implementations, technologies
and methodologies. Prior web design, and SharePoint experience is required.
Strong SQL Skills are a plus. Previous experience in commercial software
development is desired.
SKILLS:
- 2-5 years of software development experience with an emphasis on
Microsoft.NET Technologies including C#, ASP.net, XML, IIS, SQL Server, etc.
- 3+ years of SharePoint experience *(Hard requirement)*
- Knowledge of the features and architectural design of MOSS 2007, 2010, WSS
3.0, and Windows Workflow Foundation
- Experience deploying, managing, administering and monitoring SharePoint
- Thorough understanding of Enterprise Portals, Collaboration Tools,
Enterprise Search, Document & Content Management, and Forms-based Business
Process
- 2+ years database experience with SQL Server 2005+
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

DESIRED:
- Prior consulting experience is desired.
- Microsoft developer certifications (MCSD, MCDBA, Certified SharePoint
Developer, Certified SharePoint Administrator, etc) are desirable, but not
required.
