Candidate will work on team of developers to support major brokerage
clients.

* Required Skills*
- Programmer with minimum 3-6 years experience with Java, Unix shell
scripts and PL/SQL programming
- Experience with Weblogic, Oracle and UNIX is a plus.
- Working experience with webservices
- Working experience with Agile Scrum
- Working experience with Agile engineering practices (continuous
integration, automated testing, automated builds, ant/maven, xUnit testing,
etc.)
- Good source code control (CVS/SVN, branches, etc.)
- Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot existing code and make
modifications to remedy issues.
- Must be able to review business/functional requirements, and provide
detailed design specifications and estimates of work required.
- Ability to translate project design into code, working within an
existing Java framework
- Must meet tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work within a team environment as well as work
independently on projects.
- Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Will consider other J2EE and SQL server experience for the right
candidate.
- A background in financial/brokerage industry is a plus.
