I have an urgent Client requirement for a *Business analyst Architect,*Please do let me know if you have any consultant with the following skillet. ** Position : Business analyst Architect Location : Indianapolis, IN Duration : 6 months Rate : Open *Mandatory Experience:*** Experience in requirements planning which includes but is not limited to: - *The creation of requirements project plan* - *The determination of requirements estimates* - *The creation of a Requirements Management Plan* ü *The planning of the requirements process* ü *Defining the deliverable sign-off process* ü *Conducting the requirements gather workshops or meetings (JADs, RDWs)* ü *Defining the roles of the requirements team for each phase of the development lifecycle which includes the Construction and Transition (testing) phases* ü *Defining the communication plan between the requirements team and other project teams* * * • 3-5 Years of *Business Analyst or Related Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance and Billing or Financial Systems*** • Experience with a variety of business processes and working through process change methodologies, i.e. Reengineering, Six Sigma, etc. • Demonstrable understanding of UML and business process modeling • Familiarity with web based application development and technologies like J2EE, .NET, XML, etc. • Experience with software development lifecycle • Excellent business function and process analysis and visualization skills • Very strong written and oral communication skills • Problem solver with strong analytical skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills • Self-initiated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed • Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team • Detail oriented and sound independent judgment • Knowledge of RUP and Rational tools a plus • Experience developing and executing test plans and scripts using testing tools by Rational, Mercury, or Compuware. • Excellent Desktop Tools Skills, including Office, Visio, MS Project • BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field, Advanced Degree Preferred Thanks and Regards Srila R Resource Manager W - 317.845.5326 E - [email protected] W - www.esahasra.com This message is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
