*The need is immediate, and I need candidates who are local to the Delaware
Valley, which entail a candidate living anywhere from the Princeton/Trenton
New Jersey area, all the way down through the southern tip of the state.
Jersey Shore points like Atlantic City, etc. would be too far. Wilmington,
DE works, and anything in the Philadelphia suburbs westward into Chester
County would work. The reason for this is immediate Face-to-Face interviews
will be required and the daily commute to the client work site.*

*Participate on the project team responsible for the successful
implementation of moderate to large application development projects for
Independent Credit Serviced (ICS),
• Design, develop and implement new web-based and service oriented
applications or enhancements to current applications to accommodate changes
in business needs
•Translate functional designs into technical designs
•Prepare and maintain technical design documentation for changes and
projects*
*Required skills:*
*Java development technologies (J2EE, XML, HTML, Java Frameworks including
Hibernate & Spring)
•Technical understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and methodologies*
*In addition, strong verbal communications are a must!*
