Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Professional certification is highly desirable. Project Manager Capabilities with 11 or more years of experience. Capable of managing a project with up to ten (10) or more staff and/or a project with multiple subprojects. Specifically, lead and manage a new teacher licensing system project that will gather and document business requirements, define and document technical, application, data and organization architectures based on the business requirements, and establish and manage a RFP that will result in the successful and within budget implementation of a procured solution based on the architectures.
