*Please respond to **[email protected] * Title: Business Implementation Analyst Location: Madison, WI Duration: 3-6 months Candidates will be working with project teams to lead and assist in business analysis and testing for a given project or projects. *Specific Responsibilities* * Analyze customer and user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. * Gather business, functional and non-functional requirements. * Process flow development. * Workflow analysis; which includes understanding the business process from end to end, across the entire business (i.e. first customer experience to billing). * Creation and maintaining (during the life of the project) user stories, use cases, requirements, business rules and other associated project, IS and business deliverables. * Lead all testing for a given project. * Document the test plan for testing software written in house or packaged solutions end to end, across the entire business. * Write test cases for a given project. * Write, perform and manage the process for completion of test scripts across the entire business. * Develop, coordinate and implement the integration test plan for a given project. * Perform the QA role for a business process that will change or be created for a given project. * Facilitate, gather and create the development of operational and support procedures and training documentation. * Direct other resources on a given project. *Required Knowledge* * Business and industry standards for business analysis and project management. * ITIL and process management methodologies and improvement. * Facilitation. * PMP Project Management process and deliverables (PMBOK). * IIBA Business Analysis process and deliverables (BABOK). * Test Life cycle, testing process. * SOX compliance policies is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Documentation Tools, Visio, Word. Excel, Testing Tools. * Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced changing, and challenging environment. * Good time management skills, project management skills and knowledge of agile development. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure when necessary or strict timelines. As well as being a very self motivated, self directed team player able to work in a fast-paced Internet software development environment.
