Work with business analyst & application architect to understand business and technical requirements 2. Define application design (high-level and detailed) 3. Develop/maintain critical system components, utility libraries, and generic frameworks 4. Participate in application development tasks as assigned 5. Provide technical direction to team members 6. Mentor junior team members in .NET technologies 7. Create application builds 8. Coordinate application installation/deployment/rollout 9. Provide post implementation support 10. Profile and analyze application code to make due changes that result in improved performance Job Requirements: 1. .NET C# 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 2. Visual Studio 2008, 2010 3. Windows Forms experience, including developing custom controls 4. SQL Server 2005 / SQL Compact 3.1 5. XML/XML Schemas, interacting with web services 6. Object-oriented programming, analysis and design 7. Design patterns 8. Solid understanding of multi-threaded development 9. Unified modeling language 10. Experience in profiling and analyzing code using Visual Studio tools 11. Experience with Silverlight (WPF also acceptable) Desirable: 1. Experience in mobile development (Windows Mobile, .NET Compact) 2. Experience in C/C++ 3. Experience with native Win32 API 4. Silverlight 4 5. Microsoft Expression Blend 4 6. Telerik Silverlight Controls 7. Java JDK 6 8. Exposure to Java EE technology (JSP, JAXB, EJB, JDBC, etc.) 9. DB2 on z/OS, stored procedures 10. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX 11.
