Must Have:
* Should have at least 6+ years of Java experience
* 5+ years of experience in J2EE application life cycle
* Well versed with J2EE standard design patterns
* Experience with Hibernate or other O/R Data Access packages
* Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills is must
* Experience in multi-threading is must
* JMS experience is preferred
* Hands on experience with Web Services/SOAP over HTTP/SOAP over JMS
* Experience with Weblogic Appserver (9i)
