The Business Analysts *must have eCommerce experience*, and retail industry
experience is also helpful. Our rate is *$30*/hour for this position. The
interview process will be phone screen to hire, but a local candidate will
be preferred for an onsite interview.
Business Analysts – # 492 (4 openings)
The project(s) involve enhancing Kohls.com, kiosks, mobile Kohls.com and the
batch processes that support our online presence.
1) Experience running medium to large projects (5,000 to 20,000+ hours)
2) Minimum 5 years experience
3) Experience with eCommerce systems
4) Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated with both
technical and non-technical personnel.
5) Comfortable working with all levels of management, ability to team with
our business partners
6) Demonstrated ability to shape project solutions that align with the
company's overall strategy and other initiatives, while meeting our business
partners' project goals and success criteria.
7) Demonstrated ability to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks.
8) Must be able to facilitate/coordinate meetings and discussions across a
large matrix corporate environment
9) Experience working in a structured SDLC environment
10) Displays initiative and self-motivation.
11) Ability to find methods that work best based on the project and the
audience.
12) Experience working in a large portfolio of projects
