*Project Details:*
This is a development project in the International side of client’s
business. They have JDE world that runs their entire international business
and this position needs development skills in AS400 RPG ILE.
*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
Primary responsibility is AS400 RPG ILE development skills. Onshore
co-ordination and project management activities are the basic
responsibilities for this position. The candidate is expected to develop
good relation with the project team and be able to provide regular status
updates to the client management teams and ensure the project timelines and
deadlines are met. He should also demonstrate AS400 technical skills and be
hands on and also educate and hand hold the offshore team while ensuring the
project is on track and gets completed within the timelines. He should be
able to understand client's line of business and communicate effectively
with the business teams and be a liason between the Development team and the
Business teams. He should be s self started and should be able to put his
best ideas forward in terms of design and efficient solutions.
