The local resource needs to be a Senior Level person who has experience working with offshore teams as he will be leading the team. 4-5 years’ experience in development of JAVA Enterprise Applications using open source solutions. JAVA SE 1.5 and above, JEE version 5, EJB, spring, Hibernate, Annotations , AOP, concept of Bijection, JBOSS Enterprise Service Bus, JBOSS SEAM Strong understanding of JMS concepts, ETL tools, preferably Smooks, XML, FLT, EDI, XSLT transformations.
