So I would take a tester who used to be a developer or has been really involved with development. Or a developer who wants a testing position. DESCRIPTION: Formal Software V&V for an FDA-regulated medical device product environment. Software is written in C#, and is on a WinCE device, with Visual Studio 2008, .NET 2005. This resource needs to have an understanding of C# code, and ability to write and execute testing REQUIRED: - comfort with C# code, ability to understand basic C# code (development background is preferred, but candidates must at least have the ability to interact in conversations with development team, look at code from a high-level, unit testing, code reviews) - 5+ years of software test and/or development experience - Software test experience with C# and the ability to write AND execute test scripts and test cases - Test or development experience with WinCE - Experience working in Structured development environment (formal development lifecycles and methodologies, requirements-driven) - Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc. - Visual Studio 2008 DESIRED: - Experience with the testing of a graphic user interface (not a web UI, but a user interface that would appear on a device - like a touch screen, or display on a device, telecommunications or consumer electronics product.
