Work as team member of the MF Asset Management SMART project team reporting to the Project Manager. 2. Assist Test Lead in the preparation of test plans and development of test cases and expected results. 3. Conduct functional testing of new software and regression test as applicable. 4. Document test results, and work with development team to resolve issues and defects. 5. Participate in the development and documentation of business rules and data validation rules, as well as data mapping activities. 6. Develop business requirements, system documentation, and user guide as needed. skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs) skills: 1. 5+ years of experience in the creation and documentation of test plans and test cases. 2. Thorough knowledge of both manual and automated testing. 3. Proven experience in testing client/server-based applications, specifically Windows Software & Database applications produced using MS Access / SQL Server. 4. Knowledge and experience in relational databases and writing SQL statements. 5. Analysis and debugging skills required to document test results and defect reports. 6. Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate asset management. 7. Understanding of asset management and servicing a plus. 8. Commitment to quality and thorough approach to work. 9.
