SunTrust Robinson Humphrey seeks a Technical Product Support Specialist to support the Equity Trading line of business, located in the Atlanta Financial Center in Buckhead. This person will be responsible for providing technical support for Equity Traders. Back-office support experience is required for customer billing issues. The Product Support Specialist role will perform systems administration, configuration/release management, connectivity and hot-fix testing in addition to daily troubleshooting guidance. The Product Support Specialist role functions with limited direction and may be called upon to provide Training to the line of business. Knowledge of order management process, flow and procedure is required. Solid vendor liaison experience is a must. Upgrade project coordination experience is essential. Excellent customer service skills are needed. Ability to write system requirements analyze test scripts and understand as well as document data flow is desired.
