- Strong technical QA background needed
- Strong Test Planning experience
- Experience working with and developing a QA / Development working
relationship, meaning candidates must have experience working
collaboratively with Development resources.
- SQL experience
- Experience with Web Services and API related testing (REST/API calls for
example).
- Experience with automated testing for web-based software
- Experience with Manual regression testing for web-based software
(ability to write and execute test cases)
DESIRED:
- Either a formal Computer Science education, or background experience in
hands-on development is a HUGE PLUS (preferably with a SQL database or .NET
environment)
- Flexibility, Must be able to work independently, without the need for
heavy requirements. Need to be self-directed and self-managed.
- Ability to do some basic SQL coding and backend testing a big plus
- Knowledge/experience with formal Performance Testing
- Software Product experience is a plus
- Experience in an Agile or SOA environment
- Experience working from Software Requirements to perform test case design
and develop related QA processes
