Business analysts will work under a lead analyst as part of team on this fast-paced, exciting project that is highly visible within Cardinal Health. Experience along the entire development life cycle is required. Successful candidates will have experience with wireframe development Gather and document project business requirements, assist in clarification for design efforts, assist with project estimate, participate in test planning and execution. Responsibilities •Responsible for activities such as requirements gathering, process documentation/design, conceptual design, test planning, testing , documentation and deployment of customer facing system solutions. •Lead workshops, hold interviews and other ancillary methods to elicit requirements. •Document and refine business and technical requirements. •Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise. •Completes all IT-related documents as needed for systems based on business requirements, end user needs, application functionality and desired objectives. •Performs analysis and problem solving activities. •Understands and follows the software development methodology (e.g., modified waterfall). •Draws on best practices and comprehensive technical knowledge to advise clients in own area of expertise. •Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership for outcomes. •Approaches issues from multiple perspectives and collaborates with clients in generating creative, effective and practical solutions. •Applies understanding of technical/system concepts within technical area to assist with design review of solutions. •Demonstrates understanding of key business drivers. •Other duties as assigned. Experience is User Access Management Use cases Wireframes/UCD Skills: Required Qualifications •5+ years business analyst experience. •Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills. •Experience with IBM RequisitePro and ClearQuest •Ability to lead meetings with various constituents and drive to consensus and resolution of questions/issues. •Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) required - information systems or business administration. •Customer-focused, "do what it takes" attitude.
