The solution runs 24x7 and supports 1000's of simultaneous users in a high volume and mission critical environment across multiple call centers throughout the US and abroad. *Successful candidate will design, develop, code, test, debug and document programming applications to satisfy business requirements. Extensive experience with Java/J2EE, FileNET and Oracle is required. SOA/Web-Services experience is a plus.
