Xcelsius Good to have . 2+ years of Business Objects Report and Dashboard development experience . 2+ years of reporting analyst experience including hands-on experience manipulating large data sets using SQL, interpreting data trends, report automation and process improvement . Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex concepts and data results in a clear and effective manner through published reports and verbally to Sr. Management . Proven ability to communicate and partner with various groups within an organization such as Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams .
