Basic Qualifications:
*·        4+ years experience full life cycle experience with Siebel 7.7 or
higher
·        Extensive familiarity with Siebel Tools
·        Siebel eScript experience
·        Databases/Utilities: Strong Oracle database experience, Database
Triggers, PLSQL, SQL*Plus, SQL Loader, TOAD (or equivalent).
·        Manage the configuration change formats, best practices
·        Develop user requirements, test and deploy changes in production
·        Minimum 4 year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information
systems, or related fields.

Preferred Skill Requirements:
·        *Skills in Configuration, Scripting, EAI and Workflow. Should have
working experience in these areas.
·        Understand High Level Design, Technical Design for Siebel EAI to be
used heavily in Configuration
·        Use of Siebel EAI components and Configuration components
·        Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing
·        The candidate is responsible to design / develop the new
capabilities using Siebel tools and support the end to end SDLC cycle.
·        The cycle includes supporting the analysts team during requirement
gathering, supporting the capability and business partners after the
capability is implemented in production.
·        Ability to write and execute EIM jobs, and good understanding of
Data model for importing Data.
·        Participate in integration, system, and performance testing as
needed
·        Global CRM Implementation experience for multi Business Units is a
PLUS.
