*Client is looking for an Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server Administrator.
The role is for a subject matter expert in maintaining ASP.Net based
applications deployed in IIS and using SQL Server and Reporting Services in
a virtual environment.*



Responsibilities:



•                     Install/upgrade and configure applications within a
Microsoft Server IIS environment.

•                     Install or coordinate installation of application
patches and releases on development, test, quality assurance, and production
systems.

•                     Ensure high availability, security and integrity of
assigned applications.

•                     Provide SSL Certificate installation and maintenance.

•                     Participate in production change control.

•                     Maintain and troubleshoot application issues including
performance concerns.

•                     Assist in change control policies and code
deployments.

•                     Create and build of new database and application
environments.

•                     Manage SQL server reporting services.



Skills:



•                     Experience in design and support/administration in
Windows Server platform (2003 and up) used for web based applications.

•                     Experience in managing IIS Server.

•                     Experience working with load balancing technologies
and large-scale web server farms.

•                     Experience in maintaining SQL Server 2005 and up.

•                     Experience in maintaining SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS).

•                     Experience in configuring SQL server for high
availability.

•                     Solid understanding of IIS, ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> application
deployment and troubleshooting.

•                     Experience performance tuning for high load scenarios.

•                     Experience with SAN/NAS deployment and provisioning is
a plus

•                     Must have strong quantitative, analytical and
conceptual thinking skills

•                     Must have the ability to work independently and be an
effective contributor in a diversified team.
