Knowledge/Training in XML, ADO.Net, SMTP, SOAP, Windows Services, HTTP/HTTPS. 12. Knowledge of systems development methodology utilized in the development of new systems and enhancements, UML, configuration management, standard software lifecycle processes, structured programming methodology, relational database, support utilities, personal computers and personal computer software. 13. Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to organize and present information. 14. Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines and diagnose and resolve complex problems quickly. 15. Ability to recognize, gather, and assemble facts; then design, test and implement queries and reports. 16. Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of data. 17. Ability to exercise independent judgment. 18. Ability to prepare detailed instructions and documentation. 19. Ability to keep customers and team members informed and respond to customer requests in a timely manner with positive communications. 20. Ability to show respect to all team members, actively contribute in team meetings and share information. 21.
