Looking for a strong Test Lead who has the capability to act in the role of Test Manager for smaller programs. . This individual must be hands on and willing to develop Test Plan, write test cases, execute the testing and lead defect triage calls. . Many of these program require the ability to write SQL and validate ETL table uploads, as well as working with custom build API developed. . This program is taking data from financial applications which may be SAP, PeopleSoft, Mainframe or custom built solutions. . I want someone who understands account reconciliations so they can talk the talk with the business. . They need to be a strong communicator. . Quality Center experience is a must - they need to be able to mentor and train end users (business) in how to execute tests from within QC, develop test cases or upload from excel template to QC; and to log defects. . I want someone who has experience developing metrics from QC and who would feel comfortable reporting good and bad news to executives on the status of testing. . The position is posted as a Test Manager however, the program needs more of a hands on person then an administrative manager. . I need some who will dig in and own the testing process. . Must be able to develop test cases from business requirements, system requirements and use cases with or without the application being available.
