The ability to perform analysis on complex business requirements and software problems is required. • The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and results driven; will be able to partner productively in a cross-team environment with minimal supervision; and will be comfortable multi-tasking across numerous projects and tasks where flexibility may be required. They must be available to work occasional after-hours and weekend efforts in support of production implementations and emergency code fixes. Proficiency in time management, priority setting, and tradeoff negotiation is essential.
