Experience in the Health Care Industry is also desirable. The developer will be responsible for learning the new framework manager model, understanding the reporting needs, building training material and teaching novice Cognos users how to build reports in Query Studio and Report Studio. The developer will also be responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing reports which mirror the existing PowerPoint/Excel based reports created by the Marketing and Forecasting Users. In the development role the trainer/developer will be responsible for building and testing between 20 and 80 reports, and embedding these reports in a PowerPoint deck which can be easily refreshed on a monthly basis. The PowerPoint functionality will leverage the Cognos Go Office tool. Developer need to provide recommendations on on-going support/development to determine total cost of ownership over time.
