Proficiency with source code management system e.g. Clearcase . Proficiency with IDEs/Tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ, TOAD, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Introscope . Proficiency in tuning application configuration and database statements . Proficiency with Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems . Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Prior experience working with both business and technical partners . Ability to learn mainstream programming languages . Expert level diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and experience . Strong English written and oral communication skills . BS or MS in computer science or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications . Experience with batch programming particularly bulk operations . Experience in C/C++/C#, JSP, ASP, VB, and VB Script . Experience with WebLogic Application Server . Experience with Struts, Axis and/or Sring-ws and Spring-ui framework . Experience mocking up sites in HTML . Experience in 7x24 production support. Experience in a help desk environment. Experience in developing and implementing SOA solutions. Experience with application builds and code merges. Experience with implementing nighlys for continuous testing . Experience in XPlanner, Cruise Control .
