The senior programmer analyst will be responsible for the design, development and support of components to enhance the Foreign Exchange (FX) application. Knowledge of F/X business or any other real-time trading application business, a big plus. Responsibility: - Participate in all stages of development including design, coding, testing, documentation and installation of new and existing applications and products - Prepare supporting documentation as needed, including but not limited to technical specifications and status reports - Assist in the creation of technical specifications, along with development and testing for the full life cycle of each project - Adhere to existing development standards and procedures. - Work closely with business users and project team to facilitate communication and collaboration. - Report ongoing progress to team leads and project management - Support application roll-outs Requirements/Qualifications: - BA/BS in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years practical experience in MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS application development in financial applications development and support - Strong IBM DB2 experience - Strong CICS background processing experience - 3+ years writing formal requirements documents and technical specifications - Ability to analyze business and systems workflows - Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Products, Visio, etc. - Excellent written and oral communications skills - Self starter with a desire to learn - demonstrated ability to work in a team environment - Previous experience in a full development life cycle required - Knowledge of foreign exchange (F/X) business or any other real-time trading application business, a big plus. -- Thanks and Regards, Shiv Prasad, Technical Recruiter Cillium Corp 666 Plainsboro Rd Suite 211, Plainsboro NJ 08536 Direct: 609-606-2034 Fax: 609-964-1619 *[email protected]* *www.cillium.com* P* **Save trees.
