*Required Skills:*
· At least 5+ solid years of experience in the following web
development areas:
o Expertise with engineering and design of the front-end of a web
application (not UI design or Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
o Object-oriented JavaScript expertise is essential.
o Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, JavaScript performance tuning,
JavaScript unit testing
o Real working experience with multiple JavaScript toolkits (Dojo, YUI,
JQuery, etc.)
o CSS, HTML/DHTML, XML, Java, Eclipse
o Experience developing for multi-browser applications
*Required Soft Skills:*
· Effectively work in a collaborative environment yet be able to work
independently
· Agile methodology experience
· Exceptional oral/written communication skills
· Ability to provide guidance to other team members
*Nice-to-Have Skills:*
AJAX
· Adobe Flex/Flash

Consultant will be designing and developing software solutions for the
SciFinder web application front-end.
