Candidates for this role should have a solid technical background with PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Component Interface, Application Engine, etc (client is on PT v8.51 and this experience would be a big plus!). XML Publisher experience would also be a plus. Oracle DB (PL/SQL) background is required. Must have an overall functional understanding of the HRMS modules in order to work on the customizations.
