*Location: Dallas, TX (Local resource preferred, client will pay for travel

Description of Services:
Track Management & Planning
Responsible for managing all activities within a functional track team
including: design, configuration, testing, conversion, training, issue and
risk management
Develop & maintain detailed track team plans in alignment with the overall
project milestone plan
Provide weekly track team status to the Solution Architect
Manage quality, on-time completion of all track team deliverables
Coach and mentor team members on project approaches and deliverables
Business Process & Configuration
Own the requirements list for the track team and manage fit-gap assessment
and gap analysis
Monitor SRs to ensure accurate prioritization and timely resolution
Integrate with other Functional Team leads to facilitate cross-functional
design
Issue & Risk Management
Ensure prompt identification and escalation of scope changes through the
change request process
Actively identify and escalate issues and risks
Quality Assurance
Conduct QA reviews of design and configuration deliverables to ensure
quality
Assist in QA of Test Scenarios to ensure adequate testing scope
Coordinate peer reviews of track team deliverables where most beneficial
Ensure complete and thorough documentation of all deliverables
Training
Ensure track resources provide adequate support to the development of the
training curriculum and courseware
