*Position Description***

FACTS-Family and Children Tracking System- uses three major toolsets for
systems development, implementation and support. The first is PowerBuilder,
the tool used to build and maintain this complex client/server application.
Data resides in an Oracle database.
The second tool allows for triggers and stored procedures written in
Oracle's PL/SQL to also be part of the FACTS architecture.
FACTS also has complex web-based systems. The third major tool used for the
web-based systems is Visual Studio.Net, along with, Telerik and PL/SQL
stored procedures. Our source library is Microsoft Visual Studio Team
Foundation Server. New system development is also being done using ASP.AJAX
(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) and a system framework called CSLA
(Component based, scalable, logical architecture). Web-based systems data is
also stored in an Oracle database.

*· Must have 5 years of Web development experience with dynamic
database driven enterprise level web applications. A minimum of 3 years of
experience in development using ASP. AJAX, Visual Studio, .NET framework
2.0+, JavaScript and C# is required*

*· Must have 5 years Oracle RDBMS (V 9i or higher required), SQL
tuning, PL/SQL development skills, including the development of stored
procedures *

*· Must have 3 years Data Modeling experience*
* *
*· Must have 3 years Analysis and Design experience*
* *
*· Must have development experience with a complex, large-scale,
N-Tier application*
* *
*· Experience in application performance tuning and application
security is desired*
* *
*· Telerik control experience to develop ASP.Net applications is
desired Architecture) Framework to build .net applications is
desired*

*· Development experience using ASP.Net MVC and jQuery is
desired*
