The risk system is Python.
For connectivity up and downstream, Java is needed.
The data is stored in standard Oracle databases.
Good at starting a project without a set structure in place.
Experience in understanding data flows.
Ability to analyze where the project is at and what strategic or
tactical tools will be needed to complete the project.
Strong spreadsheet and database skills to draft solutions.
*Years of Experience: 5-7*
*Desired Skills: *
A good candidate would have
Experience with Risk Systems.
Ideally Commodities knowledge, but will be considered with a
Derivative, Fixed Income or Equity background.
*Necessary Technology or Application Experience: *
*Must have 5-7 years of Python and / or 5-7 years of Java.*
Should know how to code to RESTful services.
SQL Experience highly recommended.
Non-Relational database experience is a plus (ex. HBase).
Oracle and / or Sybase experience is a plus.
Schooling Experience: Completed undergrad of college.
