*Need SIEM/Security Engineer * Location: Dulles, VA Duration: 1 year contract *MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD* *Required Skills:* * * Bachelor's degree and five years experience - Experience with SIEM and log management products and an ability to develop and follow processes and procedures - Scripting (perl, shell, python, etc.) - Ability to analyze raw data and support real-time security monitoring operations. - Ability to create custom intrusion detection system signatures - Experience with tools and processes used in security incident detection and handling - The right applicant must have experience with log and event aggregation and correlation (including: system logs, application logs, network device logs, etc.) and should possess technical knowledge and skills in system administration, network administration, information security, and computer incident response capability.
