Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 5-6 months contract
PeopleSoft Functional IT Business Analyst
Role:
Perform HR/Payroll functional applications analysis, design, testing, and
support within the PeopleSoft HCM system, as part of the IT Applications
team.
Responsibilities:
-Requirements gathering, functional analysis, design, and system
configuration
-Project lead at times, central knowledge source on PeopleSoft HCM
functionality
-Liaison between customer base, HR/Payroll operations, and HRIT
-Customer support – responds to service requests involving a wide range of
support needs such as control table setups, PS Query assistance, how to use
the application, troubleshooting, analyzing and documenting new report /
interface / page requirements for Development, testing completed development
work
-Coordinates with Development/programming staff
-Coordinates all levels of user testing and acceptance
-Works with process owners on re-engineering processes supported by
technology
-Provide application integration knowledge among the various applications
modules (ex. HR, Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service applications).
-Maintain process documentation, operational procedures, etc.
Requirements:
Good theoretical and practical knowledge in application software analysis
-Minimum 4 years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 8.x , preferably
with version 8.9.
-PeopleSoft HR/Benefits/Payroll system set up and configuration.
-PeopleSoft Self-Service application awareness.
-PeopleSoft Query.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-MS-Project, MS-Office.
