 Scope of Work                                    Assist the end Users to
perform various tasks in the PeopleSoft 9.0 Campus Solutions system based on
the training that they have already undergone.

 *Skill Set Required / Expectation:*

 Candidates will be assisting the client users post go-live of the Campus
Solutions modules - Student Records, Student Financials/Financial Aid,
Admissions (limited) as well as PeopleSoft Security.

 Candidates should be familiar with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0
navigation for the modules mentioned above, specifically be aware of
functionality surrounding the Student Records & Student Financials/Financial
Aid & Admission modules. They should also possess good working knowledge of
PeopleSoft Security.

 Candidates should possess good communication skills & have the ability to
pay attention to detail.

 The onsite roles would also entail close interaction with end users
requiring the candidate to possess skills for handling their querie! s in a
post go-live environment. Having gone through a go-live support role in the
past will be a definite plus.
