* * *Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting Functional Consultant* *Location: Rockville, MD* *Duration: 6 Months* * * *Job Description: * Intellizant requires expert Hyperion HFM/FDM Functional resource for a period of 1 year to develop enhanced managerial reporting and process capabilities from the current detailed data extracted from multiple sets of books of Oracle Federal Financials of a large federal agency and interfaced to the Consolidated Financial Reporting System. Data is currently extracted from the multiple financial systems across the agency and is loaded into the Hyperion HFM and FDM modules. This data is used to create the consolidated financial statements, notes, and closing package. Technical consultant will use this data to create a detailed Standard data layer from which numerous reports or processes could be developed. Functional Consultant will also be responsible for preparing design alternatives where necessary along with the design specification document, conduct the stake holder meetings to gather requirements and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle Federal Financial modules. A thorough knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting and Consolidated Financial Reporting processes is must. Intellizant requires the Functional Consultant to efficiently and effectively developnhancements to consolidated financial reporting systems including establishing a detailed data layer using existing data extracted from financial management systems and developing managerial reports using the data layer and developing process improvements. *Primary Job Duties:* - Gathering the reports & process improvement technical requirements and documenting them. - Perform the Fit-Gap Analysis - Document the recommendations based on the Fit-Gap Analysis - Propose alternative solutions where necessary and document the same. - Design the reports and process improvements - Provide functional assistance to the technical consultant during the development of the Reports - Assist in Integration and Regression Testing of the Reports. - Develop the training material / Job aids required for user training. - Assist the Project team in rolling out the reports to the user community. - Provide post deployment assistance to user community. *Required Skills:* - Excellent knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting. ยท Excellent knowledge in Federal Financial Reporting processes and mandates governing the federal reporting like status of funds report, Affordable Care Act (ACA) report, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) report, interest penalties report, and revenue/collection reports. - Good implementation knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System (EPM) modules like Hyperion Data Quality Management (FDM) version 11.1.1.3.X; Hyperion Shared Services version 11.1.1.3.X; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) version 11.1.1.3.X; Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA) version 11.1.1.3.X; and Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio version 11.1.1.3.X - Very Strong in Oracle Federal Financial Modules of Oracle Apps 11i (mainly in Federal AP, AR, GL modules) - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Federal Financial Accounting and Consolidated Financial Reporting processes. - Must be able to work onsite. - Able to multitask and work across many teams. - Good implementation knowledge of Hyperion Web Analysis Tool.
