Strong Data & Insurance Experience 2. Ability to comprehend and consolidate existing legacy reporting into business intelligence report design. 5. Experience with statistical filing, regulatory and management level report content and fulfilling these requests 6. Expertise in data management concepts (data warehousing, collection, storage, quality, integrity, etc.) 7.Knowledge of policy & processing systems & their related data (Rating, 3rd Party, Customer) 8. Ability to lead efforts to convert today's data needs (Policy Count) to tomorrowÂ's needs (Coverable Count) and comprehend impact of the change 9. Seeks out knowledgeable people to obtain information or clarify a problem 10. Comfortable going out to other areas to discuss existing reports/metrics & current data gaps & opportunities 11.Organizational skills 12. Analytical Thinking and Information Gathering 13. Develop educational and communication content for delivery of business analytic capabilities 14. Develop data management and reporting requirements and manage data quality in collaboration with business systems and data department. 15. Ability to take unconnected concepts, find similarities and tie together 16. Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies, and remove redundancies 17. Capable of identifying sources of information for a wide variety of problems and needs 18.
