3+ years experience as a business systems analyst in a *technical area*
Experience serving as liaison between customers and development
Exposure to ASP.NET, C#, and Web Services
Manage the *full development cycle* for each custom solution: defining
requirements, scheduling development, assisting with QA, and managing final
implementation, configuration, and support
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Experience working in a *Scrum or Agile* environment
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Solid judgment with ability to creatively problem solve
Demonstrated ability to effectively balance priorities on multiple projects
*Desired Skills:*
Familiarity of programming fundamentals
Familiarity with T-SQL and database concepts
Knowledge of Brokerage or Financial industry experience preferred
