Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Arlington, VA Duration: : 5 to 8 months Need Two References From Recent Two Projects Required Skills: Four year degree from an accredited college or university with a computer science, business administration, public administration (or other related field). Equivalent work experience may be substituted. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Five or more years experience in the following: Directing practical systems analysis and/or business analysis as applicable to the full software development life-cycle. Capturing stakeholder, process, business, and workflow requirements. Creating systems documentation such as software requirements specifications, software product specifications, functional requirements, use cases, solution architectures, change requests, interface requirements, etc. Leading requirements implementation into software solutions by working with business and project stakeholders. Developing systems and business analysis requirements artifact templates, standards and best practices. Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders including business development, project management, software engineers (programmers, database developers, etc.), software quality and assurance, and business sponsors. Experience with Data Modeling. Experience in project development working with self-directed team members, in structured analysis and full life cycle management. Experience developing work instructions, training other analysts, performing lead review of requirements and providing input and coaching to analyst team members. Experience with Agile System Life Cycle Development preferred. Experience with motor carrier, drivers licensing and/or transportation technologies a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented. Some travel required. * * Thanks & Regards..
