• Expert level troubleshooting knowledge of
data warehouse type UDB databases
• Expert level of performance and tuning
skills
• Excellent knowledge of UDB
database/instance tuning, optimizing complex SQL statements for best
possible performance.
• Good Knowledge of new features of version
9.7
• Proven leadership skills and ability to
manage multiple UDB version, instances with multiple operating system
platform
• Good scripting skills to create and
maintain shell scripts to automate various database related tasks
• Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
• Good understanding of incident management
and change management processes
• Must be a team player*
