Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently to deliver project deliverables. Experience with installation and administration CA SiteMinder and iPlanet Directory Server (LDAP) *Desired Skills:* Proven understanding of Unix (Solaris and AIX) operating system experience desired. Experience debugging and tuning Java/JSP & .NET based web applications. Experience using Eclipse IDE and version control, preferably Subversion.
