We are looking for a Systems Test Engineer with strong telecom background.
Position is located in Seattle, WA. The contract is 6-12 months and the
Client will hire off the phone.
*QA Test Engineer - Job Specifications:*
This is what we are really looking for in this tester:
1- Experience QA who has *strong background in UNIX/Linux* (any
flavors).
2- Telephony especially in *GSM calls flow* and has previous
experienced testing features within *GMLC*. With excellence network
protocol *SS7* and *TCP/IP*, sigtran is a plus.
3- Strong knowledge in Location Services (LCS) within GSM domain in
particular are these protocol/interfaces:
a. OMA-MLP protocol
b. SLg interface. Especially these messaging types: PSL, SLR.
c. Diameter protocol
4- Special Tools: MGTS, Inet, TCP/IP trouble shooting tools.
Bonus skills set:
1- VoIP/SIP protocol.
2- Strong shell scripting
3- Experience in Test Automation in UNIX environment.
Agile/Scrums working experiences.
