Candidates should have: • 3 years of analytical experience with very large, complex large data warehousing and relational database management systems environments • 3 years experience working with Analysts and Business Users to develop technical requirements for reports • 2 years experience designing, developing, testing and implementing reports with Crystal Reports 2008. Crystal Reports 2008 requires skills formatting data into forms, string and math functions, functions for aggregation when grouping, using cross tabs for a report, using sub-reports, drill downs, dynamic and static parameters • 2 years experience with SQL performing multi-table joins, outer joins, grouping by aggregate functions and complex select statements • 2 years experience designing, developing, testing and implementing reports with Business Objects XI R2 Web Intelligence. Business Objects XI R2 Web Intelligence requires skills with merged queries, creating report variables, formatting reports, multiple report tabs, using templates for graphs, cross tabs and tables, change a report to group into sections, understands how to use extended syntax to create variables • Experience with Business Objects XI R2 or R3 as follows: o Info View for scheduling and organizing reports into folder o Developing universes in Business Objects XI, and o Implementing Security Rules using Business Objects XI Central Management Console • 1 year experience with developing data and metadata technical documentation. Basic Qualifications - Soft Skills • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and excellent interviewing skills • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the implementation of project management methodologies • Experience with MS Office tools. Desired Skills • Demonstrated technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and experience, including experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems • Experience designing, developing, testing and implementing reports with Business Objects XI R2 Web Intelligence.
