Title: Technical PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: Long Term contract

Client is planning to upgrade Human Resource and Enterprise Portal from 9.0
to 9.2.   The position needs to be able to work both independently and in a
team environment. Job responsibilities include: evaluate existing
customization and reapply to 9.2 HR and Portal application, analyze
business requirements, leverage functionality provided by the Oracle where
appropriate, design technical specifications for customized code where
appropriate, develop and unit test application code.

*Requirements: (Fill with your years of experience in below skill): *
Five plus (5+) years of PeopleSoft development experience -
Strong PeopleTools, App Engine, App Packages, PeopleCode skills,  SQL/PLSQL
skills, database design and performance tuning experience -
Working experience with SQR and XML/BI Publisher -
Working experience with Integration Broker, Component Interfaces and third
party integrations - emphasis on composite applications with PeopleSoft as
the backend -
Functional expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules (Human Resources,
Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation etc.) -
Worked as an developer through the various releases of several successful
PeopleSoft upgrade, and at least one of which must be a large-scale
enterprise application -
Proven ability to estimate the time to develop software features and then
to deliver on that estimate -
Proven customer service skills, strong problem-solving and analytical
skills, demonstrated ability to communicate with clients, to understand and
interpret their requirements and provide best business practice
recommendations -
Experience with HR 9.1+ application and PeopleTools 8.50+ is preferred -
Experience with migration and versioning tool - Quest STAT in PeopleSoft
environment is preferred -
Experience with HP QuickTest Professional/Load Runner is a plus -
Experience with coding and using PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Web
Services to facilitate systems integrations across applications -
Ability to multi-task -
Detail-oriented -
Understanding of user interface design and user-centered design principles
